What is My Remote Mail?

A secure, private webmail service hosted by MyITAssistant. You get your own mailbox with full IMAP and SMTP support, so it works with the email apps you already use.

How much does it cost?

Basic email service is a flat $100 per year. One price, no tiers, no hidden fees.

Do I get my own email address?

Yes — you get a dedicated, private mailbox with your own address. We can check availability of the address you want when you request service.

Can I bring my own domain?

Yes. If you already own a domain, we can host your mail on it at the same flat $100 per year — there's no extra charge for using your own domain name.

Can I create email aliases for my domain?

Yes. With a custom domain you can add alias addresses — like info@, billing@, or first.last@ — that all deliver into your main mailbox. No extra mailboxes to pay for or check.

Does webmail include contacts, calendar, tasks, and notes?

Yes. Alongside your mail you get a contacts address book, a calendar, task lists, and notes — all in the same place, synced and available from any browser.

How is spam and account security handled?

You get standard whitelist and blacklist controls, so you can always allow senders you trust and block the ones you don't. Password resets are protected with multi-factor authentication, so nobody else can take over your mailbox.

Do you offer DNS administration and monitoring?

Yes. MyITAssistant can set up and manage the records your domain needs for mail (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and keep an eye on them so delivery problems get caught early. Ask about it on the contact page.

Which devices are supported?

Apple (iPhone, iPad, Mac), Android, and Windows. You can use webmail in any browser, or connect any email app that supports IMAP and SMTP.

What are IMAP and SMTP?

IMAP syncs your mail across all your devices, and SMTP sends your outgoing mail. Both are fully supported, so your inbox stays consistent everywhere.

Is my email private?

Yes. Your mail is encrypted in transit, there are no ads, and your messages are never scanned or shared.
