Set up the Mail app

Add your My Remote Mail account to the built-in Mail app on iOS, iPadOS, or macOS.

1. 1Open Settings → Apps → Mail → Mail Accounts (on Mac: Mail → Add Account).
2. 2Tap Add Account, then choose Other → Add Mail Account.
3. 3Enter your name, full email address, password, and a description like “My Remote Mail”.
4. 4Choose IMAP. For Incoming Mail Server, enter secure.emailsrvr.com as the host name, your full email address as the username, and your password.
5. 5For Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP), enter secure.emailsrvr.com with TLS authentication, using the same username and password. Use port 587 or 465.
6. 6Tap Save. Mail will verify the settings; then make sure Mail is toggled on and tap Save again.

Android

Configure your account

Connect your mailbox to Gmail or any Android email app that supports IMAP.

1. 1Open your email app (Gmail shown here) → tap your profile picture → Add another account → Other.
2. 2Enter your full email address and tap Next.
3. 3Choose Personal (IMAP).
4. 4Enter your password and tap Next.
5. 5For Incoming server settings, enter secure.emailsrvr.com as the server and keep the recommended port with SSL/TLS security.
6. 6For Outgoing (SMTP) server settings, enter secure.emailsrvr.com with TLS authentication on port 587 or 465, and keep "Require sign-in" turned on.
7. 7Tap Next, set your sync preferences, name the account, and you're done.

Windows

Set up Outlook or Mail

Add your mailbox to Outlook or the Windows Mail app using standard IMAP and SMTP.

1. 1In Outlook: File → Add Account. In Windows Mail: Settings → Manage Accounts → Add Account → Advanced setup → Internet email.
2. 2Enter your full email address and choose to set it up manually as an IMAP account.
3. 3Enter your password.
4. 4For Incoming mail server, enter secure.emailsrvr.com, port 993, encryption SSL/TLS.
5. 5For Outgoing (SMTP) mail server, enter secure.emailsrvr.com with TLS authentication, port 587 or 465, with authentication enabled.
6. 6Save the account and let it sync — your inbox will appear within a minute.
